a) One person says: \u201cI am self-willed.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> \u201cA self-willed person does not seek the will of God in crucial situations, does not rely on God and breaks the laws of God.<\/span><\/em>\u201d Think of a particular case of your self-will and repeat quietly: \u201cI am self-willed, I am self-willed…\u201d<\/em> (1 minute)<\/p>\n

b) One says: \u201cHedonism <\/strong>may be physical \u2013 indulgence in eating, drinking, impure feelings, alcohol, drug abuse. Mental hedonism \u2013 addiction to television, rock music, internet, human praise…<\/span>\u201d <\/em>Think of at least one concrete manifestation of your hedonism and repeat quietly: \u201cI am a hedonist, I am a hedonist…\u201d<\/em> (1 minute)<\/p>\n

c) One says: Criticism:<\/em><\/strong> \u201cThink of a particular situation when you rebelled against God or criticized your neighbours in thoughts or by words, when you regarded<\/span><\/em> yourself<\/span><\/em> higher<\/span><\/em> than<\/span><\/em> all.<\/span><\/em>\u201d<\/em> Repeat quietly: \u201cI am a critic…\u201d<\/em> (1 minute)<\/p>\n

At the end one says: \u201cThe wages of sin is death. Jesus died for me and my sins.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

[Explanation<\/span>: The name of Jesus comes from the Hebrew name Yehoshua, which means: The Lord is salvation. This is the name of God, a holy name, and the Word of God says that \u201cwhoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved\u201d (Rom 10:13). In this name the sick were healed and demons cast out (Mk 16:17; Acts 3:16; Acts 4:10). In this prayer of \u201cunity and power\u201d, pronounce slowly and quietly \u201cYe-ho-shu-\u201d and then breathe out the lengthened vowel \u201caa\u201d three times. This helps to abide in God and His Word at the present moment (cf. Jn 15:7)] <\/em><\/p>\n

Look in spirit at the cross of Christ, at His five wounds, and repeat 5 times \u201cYe-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n

2) Love God<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n

How to love God? How to lose your soul for the sake of Christ? It means to be ready even to lay down your life for the sake of Jesus and His Gospel like the apostles and martyrs. Now<\/span> stand by the cross near the Mother of Jesus and in your spirit realize that you are crucified with Christ. (All repeat together Ye-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa<\/em> three times.)<\/p>\n

One says:<\/p>\n

a)\u00a0\u201cNow God performs transplantation of a new heart through the words of Jesus: \u2018Behold, your Mother!\u2019 Receive her like the disciple by the cross.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Repeat the holy name of God and abide in the thought: \u201cI receive Your Mother<\/span>\u201d.<\/em> (All repeat together Ye-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa<\/em> three times.)<\/p>\n

b) Repeat the name of God \u201cYe-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa\u201d<\/em> and abide in the thought: \u201cI love You with a new heart<\/span>\u201d<\/em> (realize that Jesus died for you). (All repeat together Ye-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa<\/em> three times.)<\/p>\n

c) One says: Repeat the name of God \u201cYe-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa\u201d<\/em> and abide in the thought: \u201cI lose my soul for Your sake<\/span>\u201d<\/em> (realize concrete dependence of your soul on people, things, opinions \u2013 \u201cI lose it now\u201d). (All repeat together Ye-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa<\/em> three times.)<\/p>\n

d) One says: Repeat the name of God \u201cYe-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa\u201d<\/em> and abide in the thought: \u201cI love You with all my strength<\/span>\u201d<\/em>. (All repeat together Ye-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa<\/em> three times.)<\/p>\n

3) The mystery of Baptism<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n

a) One says: \u201cI renounce the devil, all his pride and all forms of impurity, occultism and paganism.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

All answer: \u201cAmen, amen, amen!\u201d<\/p>\n

b) One says: \u201cDo you not know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?\u201d<\/em> (Rom 6:3) Experience spiritually the death of Christ as well as your death through four words from the cross.<\/p>\n

One says the words of Christ: \u201cI thirst.\u201d<\/em> (All repeat together Ye-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa<\/em> three times.)<\/p>\n

One says the words of Christ: \u201cEloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani.\u201d<\/em> (All repeat together Ye-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa<\/em> three times.)<\/p>\n

Take a breath and, breathing out, utter: \u201cYE\u201d and realize the presence of the Triune God (the Father) in you.<\/p>\n

Take a breath the second time and, breathing out, utter: \u201cHO\u201d and realize the presence of God (the Son) in you.<\/p>\n

Take a breath the third time and, breathing out, utter: \u201cSHU\u201d and realize the presence of God (the Holy Spirit) in you.<\/p>\n

Take a breath the fourth time and, breathing out the lengthened vowel \u201cAA\u201d, perceive that God\u2019s power comes out from your inward through your breath and through your hands, and the mountain is lifted up\u2026 Perceive the same when you breathe out the lengthened vowel \u201caa\u201d the fifth and the sixth time.<\/p>\n

The mountain is lifted up by the power of God, not by you. You just cooperate by faith and \u201cdo not doubt in your heart\u201d. (Mk 11:23)<\/p>\n

One says by authority of God: \u201cBy the power of the name of God, I say to you, mountain of demons of lies and evil over Russia, be lifted up <\/strong>100 kilometres high!!!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

One says: \u201cBy the power of the name of God, I say to you, mountain of demons of lies and evil over Russia, be lifted up <\/strong>1000 kilometres high!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
