1) Perfect contrition (5 minutes)<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

(position \u2013 kneeling)<\/p>\n

(One says:) \u201cEphphatha<\/em><\/strong>, be opened! I am self-willed. I am a hedonist. I am a critic.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cA self-willed person does not seek the will of God in serious situations, does not rely on God, breaks the laws of God.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> I realize a particular case of self-will and silently repeat: \u201cI am self-willed, I am self-willed…\u201d<\/em> (1.5 minutes)<\/p>\n

(Then one says:) \u201cHedonism may be physical \u2013 indulgence in eating, drinking, impure feelings, alcohol and drug abuse. Mental hedonism \u2013 addiction to television, rock music, internet, human praise…\u201d <\/em><\/strong>I realize at least one concrete manifestation of my hedonism and silently repeat: \u201cI am a hedonist, I am a hedonist…\u201d<\/em> (1.5 minutes)<\/p>\n

(One says:) \u201cI realize a particular situation when I rebelled against God or criticized my neighbours in thoughts or by words, when I regarded myself higher than all.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> I repeat quietly: \u201cI am a critic, I am a critic…\u201d<\/em> (1.5 minutes)<\/p>\n

(At the end one says): \u201cThe wages of sin is death. Jesus died for me and my sins.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

In spirit I look at the cross of Christ, at His five wounds, and I repeat 5 times \u201cYehoshua, Yehoshua, Yehoshua, <\/em>khuonayny<\/em>\u201d <\/em>(Jesus, have mercy on me). I hold my arms outstretched in the shape of the cross.<\/p>\n

2) Love God<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

(position \u2013 standing, hands are lifted up)<\/p>\n

(One says:) \u201cShema<\/em> Israel, love God!<\/em> Jesus, my God, I love You with all my heart, with all my soul and with all my strength. Now I lose my soul for Your sake and the Gospel\u2019s.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

How to love God? How to lose my soul for Christ\u2019s sake? Image:<\/span> I stand by the cross near the mother of Jesus.<\/p>\n

I utter slowly and silently the holy name of God \u201cYehoshua\u201d<\/em>. I breathe out the lengthened vowel \u201caaa…\u201d<\/em> 3\u00d7 and I give myself wholly to Jesus crucified. I utter this with all my heart (3\u00d7), with all my soul (3\u00d7) and with all my strength (3\u00d7). Finally, I look in the face of Jesus and say quietly: \u201cMaranatha, come, Lord Jesus\u201d<\/em> (this rhythm is repeated for 4 minutes).<\/p>\n

(In the end one says:) \u201cNow God performs transplantation of a new heart through the words of Jesus: \u2018Behold, your mother!\u2019 Receive her like the disciple by the cross.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Repeat the name \u201cYehoshua\u201d<\/em> and when you breathe out \u201caaa…\u201d<\/em>, abide in the thought: \u201cI receive Your mother.\u201d<\/em> (this rhythm is repeated for 1 minute)<\/p>\n

3) The mystery of Baptism<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

3a) \u201cDo you not know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?\u201d<\/em><\/strong> (Rom 6:3)<\/p>\n

(position \u2013 kneeling, hands are lifted up)<\/p>\n

I realize that I am in Jesus crucified. I repeat slowly \u201cYeee… \u2013 hooo…\u201d<\/em> with vowels lengthened, and I realize that Jesus, dying, sacrifices His excruciating pain to the Father for my sake. When I pronounce long \u201cshuuu\u2026\u201d<\/em>, the spirit of Christ leaves the tortured body \u2013 this is the moment of death. When I pronounce \u201caaa…\u201d<\/em>, the spirit of Christ together with my spirit enters into the Father\u2019s arms. I experience spiritually the death of Christ and my death. (I repeat it in a rhythm for 2 minutes)<\/p>\n

3b) \u201cWe were buried with Him in baptism, in which we also were raised with Him through faith in the power of God.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> (Col 2:12)<\/p>\n

(position \u2013 standing, hands are lifted up)<\/p>\n

I experience by faith in the almighty power of God that in baptism I was raised with Christ. In my innermost being \u2013 in the sphere of the spirit \u2013 I repeat slowly: \u201cYe-ho-shu\u201d<\/em>, then I breathe out, pronouncing 3\u00d7 \u201caaa…aaa…aaa\u201d<\/em> and I perceive the risen Christ as the light. I repeat it all two more times, then do the same in the sphere of the soul and then in the sphere of the body (repeated in a rhythm for 1.5 minutes).<\/p>\n

3c) \u201cMake disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…\u201d<\/em><\/strong> (Mt 28:19)<\/p>\n

Say quietly: \u201cI was baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Saying these words, make the sign of the cross. The holy name of the Triune God is \u201cYe-ho-shu-a\u201d<\/em>. Breathe out \u201cYeee…\u201d<\/em> and realize the presence of the Father in the light, then breathe out \u201chooo…\u201d<\/em> and realize the presence of the Son, then breathe out \u201cshuuu…\u201d<\/em> and realize the presence of the Holy Spirit. Then breathe out, pronouncing 3\u00d7 \u201caaa…\u201d<\/em> and realize that you are in the light, in God. (rhythm is repeated for 1.5 minutes)<\/p>\n

4) Prayer of power (Mk 11:23)<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

(position \u2013 standing, hands are lifted up)<\/p>\n

4a)<\/strong> We repeat with faith the holy name of God Yehoshua<\/em>. (One says): \u201cIn the name of Jesus Christ, I say to you, mountain of demons (over a particular city or region), be lifted up!\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

When I pronounce \u201cYe-ho-shu\u201d<\/em>, I turn the eyes of faith to my innermost being and realize that the Triune God \u2013 the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit \u2013 is in me. Then I breathe out, pronouncing 3\u00d7 \u201caaa…\u201d<\/em>. Breathing out the first time, I perceive that God\u2019s power comes out through my breath. Breathing out the second time, I perceive that God\u2019s power comes out through my hands. Breathing out the third time, I perceive that the mountain is lifted up. (I repeat it in a rhythm for 4 minutes)<\/p>\n

4b)<\/strong> (One says): \u201cI say to you, mountain, be thrown into the sea of fire.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> When I pronounce \u201cYe-ho-shu-a\u201d<\/em>, all is the same as in 4a, but when I breathe out \u201caaa…\u201d<\/em> for the third time, I realize that the power of God is doing it and has done it. Amen. (rhythm is repeated for 1 minute)<\/p>\n

5) Song of thanksgiving (5 minutes)<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

(position \u2013 standing, we can clap our hands or accompany the song by a musical instrument)<\/p>\n

Now I give thanks that the mountain of demons was lifted up and thrown into the fiery sea by the power of God. We sing a solemn tune without words: \u201cLa, la, la, la\u201d \u2013 e.g. the tune of the song \u201cGlory! Glory! Hallelujah!\u201d At the end we sing three times triumphantly: \u201cShine, Jesus, Shine\u201d.<\/p>\n
