Dear Sirs and Madams,<\/p>\n

we address You with a request for complex wholesome changes in the school curriculum. We propose that the unscientific Darwinian theory should be eliminated and replaced by the theory of Intelligent Design. In accordance with reason, the wise and intelligent arrangement of the universe as well as of a simple cell testifies to the existence of an Intelligent Being. Modern science has disproved Darwinian fable which has gained ground solely for ideological reasons and has a negative impact on the moral life.<\/p>\n

Nietzschean doctrine holding that those who are weak and less well adapted should die out became the basis for the Nazi theory of a superman. Darwin influenced the major Nazi ideologist A. Rosenberg. Sir Arthur Keith explains that in his treatment of the Jews, Hitler was only thoroughgoing in the application of the principles of Darwin\u2019s evolutionary philosophy. This theory was also exploited by cynical capitalists who struggled to eliminate their weaker competitors.<\/p>\n

Belief in God is not a question of reason but of morals. Such belief requires that man should answer for his actions and behaviour before a superior power. That was why the theory of evolution came as a gift for all those who do not want to believe in God. Evolutionary theory is opposed by geology, paleontology, biology, anthropology, genetics and other natural sciences.<\/p>\n

Biochemist Michael Behe not only confuted Darwinism on the molecular level but he also showed the path to a new reference frame in relation to the creation. Nowadays there is no more scientific evidence in support of Darwinism. Darwin did not know the structure of the cell nor its mysteries.<\/p>\n

Mendel\u2019s experiments in the field of genetics pointed out an elementary error in Darwin\u2019s theory. Today we know that the information of hereditary dispositions is encoded on the DNA molecules in genes<\/span> and that RNA carries the encoded genetic information out and the offspring become \u2013 as the Bible says \u2013 \u201ceach according to its kind\u201d. The DNA programme in the genes of the human body contains all characteristic features, e.g. as for hair, skin, eye colour or body height. It establishes location of 206 bones, 600 muscles, 10 000 auditory nerves, 2 million optic nerves, 100 billion nerve cells, 400 billion blood corpuscles, capillaries etc. The human body contains from 50 000 to 100 000 genes and each of them is \u201cstored\u201d in 23 chromosomes. The length of DNA in one cell ranges from 182 to 213 cm, in case we take the undivided double helix. This means that the record of the DNA contained in our body could reach the moon and return back about 8 000 times. The only logical explanation of the miracle of DNA is not something that would have originated from nothing and developed by random chances and errors. The miracle of DNA must have been wrought by an Intelligent Being.<\/span><\/p>\n

All Christians confess: \u201cI believe in one God, Maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen.\u201d<\/em> This belief is not contrary to reason but rather beyond the range of reason.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Education should promote a prevention programme to combat alcoholism, drug abuse, sexual perversion and occultism, and prepare young people for responsible parenthood and marriage. Inclusion of the theory of Intelligent Design in education in place of atheistic unscientific Darwinism is the foundation for fostering the moral values of the individual and society.<\/span><\/p>\n

The view of the universe and life should be presented on the basis of Intelligent Design, and should penetrate the particular subjects such as astronomy, physics, organic and inorganic chemistry, biology \u2013 botany, zoology and anthropology, genetics, psychology, ethics. Students must be filled with amazement at the creation and wisdom of the supreme Intelligent Being. Using a variety of films about nature or genetics, students will achieve a grasp of the subject and develop moral attitudes. However, it is impossible to foster moral values without a solid faith. The fact that moral values survived in the period of atheism in Russia was not due to atheism but due to deep-rooted Christian faith of the Russian people. It is necessary to return to these healthy roots of faith and morals, because only then will the Russian nation see its moral and spiritual revival.<\/p>\n

1025 years ago, Kievan Russia adopted Christianity through the baptism of Prince Vladimir in Kiev. Would God that on the occasion of this anniversary the school curriculum could include the Christian foundation for moral values!<\/strong><\/p>\n
