Is the papacy needed today? (+ video)

16 February 2018

Some German theologians today do not consider the papacy to be necessary. These theologians, moreover, advocate not only gender deviations but also same-sex marriage.

We are entering Lent. Every Christian should stop and realize anew the most fundamental things concerning their life and salvation. If anyone believed a lie or accepted heresies, even if it was in the distant past, one must repent. It means to stand by the cross of Christ, to break with heresies and the path of sin, and to set on the path of repentance, truth and the following of Christ.

The main problem in the Catholic Church today is the abuse of the papal authority and the unity of Catholics with a heretic, whether consciously or unconsciously.

Therefore, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate has made public the excommunication of the invalid Pope Francis and declared that he has been expelled from the Church! However, Francis is just the tip of the iceberg and the external manifestation of the internal cancer of the Church. Every Catholic, if he wants to remain in the Church and be saved, must separate himself from the heresies advocated by pseudo Pope Francis.

Information about the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate:

The Patriarchate was established on 5 April 2011.

The Patriarchate was established by the Synod of seven Bishops of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek Catholic Church.

The reason for its establishment was the defence of the Church against heresies and the preservation of the saving faith and doctrine. The establishment of the Patriarchate was announced to Benedict XVI.

The Bishops are religious priests of the Order of St Basil the Great. They took their doctor’s degrees and licentiates in theology in Prague, Rome and elsewhere.

The Patriarchate pointed out to Pope Benedict XVI that if he would beatify John Paul II, he would thus de facto promulgate a heretical thought and the path of apostasy as a new “sentire cum ecclesia”. Specifically, he would thus legalize the heresies of neo-Modernism and syncretism with paganism encompassed in Vatican II and Assisi.

Are the conciliar and post-conciliar Popes responsible for the current crisis in the Church?

The conciliar and post-conciliar Popes have not fought the heresies of their time, and therefore they are responsible for the current crisis in the Church. By their authority, they allowed their massive spread! None of them opposed heresies after the brave example of St Pius X. Therefore they brought down an anathema on themselves. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate was obliged, for the sake of the salvation of souls, to make the anathema public.

What is the attitude of the Patriarchate towards the papacy?

The Patriarchate acknowledges the papacy as instituted by Christ, and therefore it does not acknowledge a heretic occupying the Holy See!

An erroneous view of the papacy:

A Pope cannot sin. This is an error.

A Pope cannot fall into heresy. This is an error.

A Pope cannot fall away from the faith. This is an error.

A Pope cannot be removed from office. This is an error.

Historical facts about Popes:

There were Popes who were saints, Popes who were sinners or Popes who were apostates excommunicated from the Church, e.g. Pope Honorius I.

What happens when a Pope becomes a heretic – an apostate?

According to the Word of God (Gal 1:8-9), in case that a Pope becomes a heretic, he is automatically excommunicated from the Church – he has brought down an anathema on himself. In accordance with the Dogmatic Bull Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio, such heretic occupies the office illegitimately. The believers must no longer obey him!

What is the difference between heresy and apostasy?

Heresy is a violation of a certain truth of faith. There are heresies which do not violate the essence of Christianity and there are heresies which do violate it, and in the latter case the person concerned becomes an apostate who is automatically excommunicated from the Church. Unless he shows repentance at least in the hour of death, he will be condemned.

Who can convict a Pope of heresy?

A Pope should be convicted of heresy by a priest or bishop in the first place.

The Church is built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets (Eph 2:20). The task of the true prophets (seers) is to watch over the purity of the faith and morals.

What specifically should bishops, priests and believers do?

Bishops and priests should no longer mention the name of the apostate Francis in the Liturgy. Believers should warn those who would still mention his name.
